Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights 32
The “World’s Premier Halloween Event” is returning to Universal Orlando this fall. Experience the excitement and horror of Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights 32 on select nights from Friday, September 1, to Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
Here is what you can expect from HHN’s 32nd year of fright.
Themed Haunted Houses
Haunted houses are the main event at Halloween Horror Nights.
Each year, the twisted creative team at Universal Orlando plans a variety of themed haunted houses based on the biggest names in horror. Four haunted house themes have been confirmed so far, and six more will be revealed ahead of the event.
The HHN haunted houses for 2022 included:
- The Horrors of Blumhouse
Blumhouse Productions inspired this double-feature house. In it, guests are caught between the serial killer from Freaky and The Grabber from The Black Phone.
- Halloween
Based on the 1978 horror classic, the Halloween house places guests in iconic moments from the original film as they try to escape the infamous Michael Myers.
- Universal Monsters: Legends Collide
The legends become real as guests step into a battle between Universal horror movie titans The Wolf Man, Dracula, and The Mummy.
- The Weeknd: After Hours Nightmare
The Weeknd’s award-winning album After Hours will come to life at Universal Studios. Navigate nightmarish rooms full of fiends straight out of the artist’s music videos.
- Spirits of the Coven
Make your way out of a bewitching 1920s speakeasy before you wind up in a boiling witches’ cauldron.
- Bugs: Eaten Alive
This Halloween Horror Nights house takes you through a futuristic 1950s home. The cutting-edge house has one fatal flaw: hordes of mutant insects.
- Fiesta de Chupacabras
An annual festival in a Latin American village takes a turn for the worst when a Chupacabra appears. This time, the monster is not out for livestock, but out for you.
- Hellblock Horror
Plan your prisonbreak or face the wrath of monstruous inmates at this arresting HHN house.
- Dead Man’s Pier: Winter’s Wake
Brave the terrors of the deep this Halloween Horror Nights. This house features the dastardly undead fishermen that first gave Halloween Horror Nights guests chills in 2016.
- Descendants of Destruction
Venture six feet under, down to a subway filled with mutant passengers. Escape their grasp before your Halloween Horror Nights goes off the rails.
Thrilling HHN Attractions
Halloween Horror Nights isn’t just about haunted houses. HHN 32 boasts five scare zones, live entertainment, thrilling theme park rides, and themed food and drink options.
- Scare Zones
Watch your back as you enter one of the mischievous scare zones where roaming scareactors, props, and horrifying sounds surround you.
