The menu features classic options expected during a traditional afternoon tea break with options big enough for a meal. Everything is vegetarian and everything can be made vegan or gluten free for no extra charge. The tea menu enlightens your senses with options like Pineapple Bliss, a Japanese green tea infused with pineapple, papaya, and blue cornflower; or Weekend in Provénce, a rooibos combined with lavender, rose, and elderberry—a customer and employee favorite. Orlando native Christina Cowherd started Infusion Tea in 2004 after serving in the Peace Corps. She stocks the store only with ethically sourced and conscientiously grown teas. A portion of all profits go to serve Faith Project International, a missionary that builds stoves and improves the health of the Maya in Guatemala.
